20) LOW PRESSURE SWITCH

1)                             PRE FILTER = THE MAIN WORK   OF PRE FILTER IS TO FILTER THE VERY BIG IMPURITY LIKE SMALL STONES OR BIG IMPURITY FROM THE WATER.

2) SEDIMENTS FILTER= THE MAIN PRINCIPAL OF SEDIMENT FILTER IS TO REMOVE THE DISSOLVED SANDS , SOIL AND SMALL IMPURITY FROM THE WATER.

3) PRE CARBON FILTER

Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that uses a bed of activated carbon to remove contaminants and impurities, using chemical adsorption. ... Active charcoal carbon filters are most effective at removing chlorine, particles such as sediment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), taste and odor from water.

OR

A filter with granular activated carbon (GAC) is a proven option to remove certain chemicals, particularly organic chemicals, from water. GAC filters also can be used to remove chemicals that give objectionable odors or tastes to water such as hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs odor) or chlorine.

4)  BOOSTER PUMP = THE MAIN PURPOSE OF BOOSTER PUMP IN AURO IS TO MAKE WATER FLOW AT A VERY HIGH PRESSURE  BETWEEN THE FILTER IN ORDER TO GET MAXIMUM OUTPUT.

5) FLOAT VALVE = Float  valve is the Hanging element in the water tank of the auro Due to the Water level inside the auro tank  it is automatically gets on or off.

6) MEMBRANE = Reverse Osmosis Membrane: The Reverse Osmosis Membrane is the heart of the system. The semipermeable RO membrane is designed to remove a wide variety of both aesthetic and health-related contaminants. After passing through the membrane, the water goes into a pressurized storage tank where treated water is stored.

7) TDS CONTROLLER = TDS controller is also Known As Total dissolved Solvents. It is Used to Increase or decrease the water Purity by rotating
The knob.

8) ULTRA VIOLET FILTER =  ULTRA VIOLET FILTER IS  A TYPE OF UV LAMP PLACED INSIDE THE FILTER WHICH KILL THE SMALL INSECTS OR BACTERIA PRESENT INSIDE THE WATER WHEN IT COMES IN CONTCT WITH THIS UV LAMP INSIDE the auro.

9) UF FILTER
UF is the abbreviation for ultra-filtration membrane, which is a similar membrane to RO membranes but with bigger pores which cannot remove dissolved salts from water.

OR

Ultrafiltration doesn't separate the water like a reverse osmosis membrane. It actually is just an ultra-fine particulate or sediment filter. With mechanical filtration particulate down to 0.025 microns cannot pass through the ultrafiltration membrane.

10 ) MINERAL CARTRIDGE =

Most of the consumers today blindly buy a water purifier on the basis of its brand name, looks, price bracket etc. But rarely the consumers today know that an oridinary RO water purifier not just takes away the bad minerals and components but also the good and essential minerals like Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium etc. which are essential for the well being of our body.

To overcome this challenge, few brands like Moonbow by Hindware have additional Mineral Cartridge which they call as Mineral fortification technology which adds back the natural and essential minerals to the purified water by increasing the TDS with only good minerals. Hence the final output of water has a maintained TDS with rich minerals which is important for your muscles, bones and overall health.

11) Clamp = Clamp is used to hold the Filters placed one upon another in the auro setup in the upper portion of the water tank of the auro.

12) CONNECTORS= Their are various types of Connectors that are used to connect Pipes Or Filter such as T connector , l connectors. In the auro.

13) ADAPTOR OR SMPS = The Adaptor or smps in the auro used to  Provide power supply to run the auro usually 24 & 12  are supplied in smps in the auro.

14) AURO WATER TANK STORAGE = The auro water tank is a part in auro which is used to store all the pure water which is collected after passing from all the filter and ready to drink.

15) SOLONOID VALVE= It controls the flow of water in the auro it has a magnetic strip inside it by which it can on or off when power is supplied.

16) LOW PRESSURE SWITCH = It is connected at the starting point so that if the pressure of the water in the inlet valve is less due to the water level in the tank than it turns off & no water is supplied in the auro and if the water pressure is high it starts automatically and the water is supplied through out the auro.

17) FLOW RESTRICTED TUBE = A flow restrictor, as the name suggests, restricts the flow of RO reject water. Flow restrictor maintains high pressure inside the RO membrane (a precondition for RO purification) by creating back pressure on the membrane and also controls the recovery ratio of the purifier.
RO Flow Restrictor
An RO Flow Restrictor of 550 mL

If the flow restrictor is not used then the high-pressure water coming in from the booster pump will flow unrestricted from the reject outlet of the RO membrane. This will result in low pressure inside the RO membrane and higher wastage of water  RO membrane won’t be able to work if the pressure inside the RO membrane is not high.

See the below water flow diagram of an RO water purifier to understand the working of a flow restrictor.

Flow restrictors are generally available in different flow ratings and must be properly sized according to the capacity of Ro membrane

What if I use a Flow Restrictor of a Higher or Lower Capacity?

The RO membrane GPD and flow restrictor capacity must be matched to keep a proper balance between water wastage and purification quality. If they are not matched, this can cause excessive wastage of water or may reduce the life of the RO membrane.

Under Sizing

If you are using a lower capacity flow restrictor for a higher capacity membrane then it will result in early choking of the RO membrane, reduced membrane life, and an increase in the TDS value of the purified water.

Over-Sizing

And if you use a higher capacity flow restrictor then it will result in higher wastage of water and lower pressure inside the RO membrane. Low pressure inside an RO membrane can have an adverse effect on the quality of purification.

Here’s a Google search operator you may be familiar with. the “site:” operator restricts results to only those from a specified site. It’s easy to remember most search operators. They’re short commands that stick in the mind. But knowing how to use them effectively is an altogether different story. Most SEOs know the basics, but few have truly mastered them. In this post, I’ll share 15 actionable tips to help you master search operators for SEO, which are: Find indexation errors Find non‐secure pages (non‐https) Find duplicate content issues Find unwanted fil
